What should I do if I experience problems during login?

Firstly, recheck to make sure that you have not made a mistake when inputting your user ID and password, for example, that you have not applied upper case characters instead of lower case characters. Remember that the user ID & passwords are case sensitive.

been restored?
Upon re-initialization of your access rights, you can login with your existing user ID but a new password/PIN generated by your assigned digipass token. Should you need a new user ID, please contact your local OPTIM Contact or send us an e-mail by clicking on "Contact Us".

What should I do if I suspect that the user ID/password has been
compromised?

Should you suspect that your user ID and/or password and/or Digipass Identification and/or Certificate Identification has/have been compromised in any way, you must immediately call your local OPTIM Contact so that Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank can block access to your account online until proper investigations can be carried out.
